I am slowly buidling my little network and I must say I am impressed with the boost a strong expired domain can bring. I am a bit concerned though to make all my links home page links. It just looks super unnatural. I would like to build some links from inner pages as well therefore. Lets say I have a) a PBN with 10 articles on home. All articles show up on home fully (again very unnatural). I place one link to my money site in one article + 2 more links to high authority sites in other articles b) exact same case as a) but there is just a snippet of the articles on home, lets say the first 50 words. The links are on the inner pages then which have less link juice obviously. how much weaker is the link from b) compared to a)? All other factors should be equal, the only difference is home vs. inner page! I know there is no exact answer to this. But just a rough rule of thumb. Are we talking about 50% or 10% or just something like 1%?
I dont really know how this works but that new page where the link is will have 0 links so im thinking it will be a big difference. Someone else can help you out here more than I can.
I wouldn't advise doing that. Sure, they work, but it's dead obvious what you're trying to do. How many real websites have you seen that have entire posts on the homepage? Practically none (pun intended).
Inner page links are crap, homepage links are gold if the domain is any good. But like u said u can,t link only from homepage because it will generate a big ass footprint. There is no safe rotation u can follow but i recommend 80% homepage links with 20% inner page links in order to get a bigger ROI from ur pbn. Also dont forget to build other forms of backlinks like comments , forums etc to dilute ur pbn links.
