What would the value be of a domain that has DA 40 and above assuming decent TF scores with high quality links from authority sites. Also is it worth the increased cost of buying these more powerful domains at auctions rather than the free DA 20 domains i can find for the price of registration? Does the DA of 40 or above justify the cost if I'm only looking for its impact on rankings?

Nothing justifies using DA as a metric to measure how good the domain really is if you are buying expensive stuff from auctions. Prices on the auctions went up so much these past months, that it all comes down only to the ROI. Sure, you will get better boost with stronger domain, that's not the question here. Whether it will be THAT much better compared to a freely found domain to justify the cost... that's up to you to test. It depends on what you are trying to rank as well, but from my personal point of view, I can't really justify spending $500 per PBN domain. If you have virtually unlimited budget, then sure, but only a few of us do.

DA is just an estimate made by one particular system. The worth of a domain involves many more factors. Has it been spammed in the past? Did you check archive.org?

DA to me is one of the least significant indicators when checking a domain.

As above, it's best to check the domain itself. But in general there's a pretty big difference from a 20DA and even a 30DA. Heck even 20 to 25. It's not overly hard to get a DA 15-20, usually you can do that with 10-15 links and only a few of them being good links. But once you get to DA 25+ the domains probably going to have atleast 30+ links coming in, and closer to 100 for a DA of 30. SO even thought th enumbers are only 10 offer, it gets to be a pretty dignificant jump in quality.

This is what I recommend, buy PBN domains in the $40-$100 range. If you look you can find some sellers right here on BHW. (please dont PM me about this, I wont tell you)

They are 4x better than anything you will find for reg price or the $5-$20 domains people usually sell. Getting domains for auctions cost an arm and a leg.
