in my search for domains for PBN, I come across a lot of good domains that have foreign extensions. like .nl or .ro and other countries.
is it ok to buy such domains for PBN? a while ago, I read here that google doesnt like foreign tlds or it raises red flags or something?

No they are fine to use. If they have a good link profile just snap them up.

Nothing wrong with a bit of foreign... in a whole number of ways.

PBN sites are really just about flowing authority - and that authority becomes relevant by way of the articles that you post on the site, from which you link to your money site. So if they are a clean source of authority, regardless of language, they're useful.

In my opinion try to get some local domains for your PBN, I mean if you target google UK for example, try to get some domains .co.uk

    Amen to that brother.

OP: be very careful with foreign domains. Allot of Chinese websites have been spammed to death for example. I'm guessing it's because they don't use Google in China and the search they do use doesn't have the same protection against spam that G has.
