PayPerInstall with own EXE File?

Hello,
I want to start making money with PayPerInstall.
To do that I have to find a PPI-Network with that I can bundle my own Software.
I hope you know what I mean because my English skills are not good.

RevenYou works good.
If you wonder how to make your own .exe file (empty) just go in Notepad then "Save as", where it says "Textdocument" change that to "All files" and name your file "xxxxx.exe". (Change "xxxxx" to whatever!)

Also there are .exe converters everywhere on the web, depending on what kind of software you have you can then convert it accordingly.

Do any ppi network still have silent payload which we can bind to any software ?

Also any fud binder available ?
