PayPayl Limited mY account and wants Utility Bill

Hi, Paypal has limited my account and now they want the utility bill. Can anyone help me with it? Thanks in advance.

If you are using legit Paypal simply use your own Utility bill. You'll be just fine but if you are using some Stealth Paypal account, then there are a few Guys in this forum who can help you.( secondeye is one of em) but always make sure that Never do big even medium $$$ transaction on stealth account. Paypal actually finds out and lock the Acc. Hope you get your account lifted.
