Hi community, As I'm sure you are all aware, PayPal recently updated its policies around 1. the sale of digital items and 2. how long they can hold money for (up to 21 days) - in order to help better "protect the buyer". This has impacted my cash flow on PayPal now and the way I am able to do business. I sell digital items and I do not have access to any received funds until up to 21 days after I payment has been received. How can I stop buyers opening up a dispute after receiving a digital item and getting a full refund? I sell digital advertising and proving work has been delivered can be troublesome. Does anyone have any suggestions to help stop payments getting held so long (aside from PayPals recommended techniques) and also, how to beat people dishonestly opening cases once a digital item have been received? Anyone with experience in this matter I'd love to hear your thoughts/advice!
