I ONLY did business with someone in China because they accepted Paypal, I sent them $265, they sent me $10 worth of garbage!

I contacted Paypal twice, and they REFUSE to help me get my money back!

I won a dispute as a buyer once....
Because the seller was an honest man and apologized for his error!

Other than that... Paypal is garbage.

Paypal always protects so that they make more money.
If possible they take the money and suspend accounts.
If not then they try to minimize their loss.
For example if there was a credit card chargeback they will as good as always "protect" the buyer and steal money from the seller back.

I've had cases where paypal stole money back a year after I received the payment.
You are never secure with paypal, not as buyer and not as seller.

I charged them back through my credit card company.

ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD WHEN BUYING SOMETHING WITH PAYPAL!

    That's NOT true either!

I bought a 16GB flash drive off of ebay, it was a 2GB, NOT 16GB when I received, Paypal wouldn't do a thing!

Maybe I need to get on the right side of this, and just rip people off, and let paypal protect me! :)

    It's the other way.
Most merchants use paypal because the customers want to pay using paypal and most can use it.

I tried to offer Libertyreserve and maybe one in 1000 pays by LR
