    Hi guys

    I wan't this to happen:

Well Etablished, Old and verified paypal account sent a payment of less than 20 usd to a completely new paypal account and then the completely new paypal account have to sent 1 small payment and nothing else.

So my question is can I sent for example 20 usd to a completely new account I open, and then sent them to a third party without my second and new paypal account gets limited before senting to the third part

From my experience, sending and receiving payments, even small ones, from/to a new paypal account will get it limited, but the limitation will be lifted after you verify your information. That`s all from my past experiences with paypal.
