PayPal scam warning when trying to send money?

Hey, so I am running a grey/black market and I mainly accept paypal Friends & Family payment, how ever paypal changed something from January 2025.

I Tried creating many paypals, different IP, phone, VPS, phonenumbers. Nothing worked it always says the same thing when a person is trying to send me money.

Does anyone know what could be the issue or anyone know how to bypass this stupid thing?

It was working fine before, and what do you mean by it was wise thing?

I was accepting F&F payments for years without problems. What could be triggering this?

I mean "wise.com" thing when sending money sometimes , not wise thing .

paypal and wise.com same company.

I have also been working this way for years, have you found any solution to this problem? I am also searching
 
running grey/black market and PayPal never works well. atleast for me :D
 
I’ve not used PayPal in years but they used to be able to accept F&F. Did they actually change the TOS for it?

Try using crypto, at least for a while, while you search for a new payment gateway. PayPal with shady stuff can be a headache.

paypal one of best services out their and you are trying to outsmart them so it's normally sir you will need too much work

What do you mean by using Crypto? You can't have accept third party payments?
 
I had the same thing recently with PayPal. It's not a scam. Somehow you got listed i think. I called and reopened my account. It works fine everywhere else

are you send transaction or are you received transaction ? because i received transaction and still i got that problem i try to make a multiple account and still i got same problem .when they try to pay me .. paypal dont let .
 
Same issue here recently. It’s weird how suddenly things change with PayPal. Curious if anyone found a consistent fix yet?

I was trying to send payment. It would go to friends but never would go to who I was trying to pay.
