PayPal wants me to verify ebay account or something

Paypal limited my account a couple days ago and they want me to verify or tell them the account ive been selling on is mine or is associated with me what does you guys think about it

are you a verified user, did you add your bank details , if so did you return the info they needed from your bank?

What exactly are they asking or how are they trying to make you verify it? Both accounts should go hand in hand?

Paypal wants to know if your ebay is associated with you? Wut? I don't understand what you're saying. Verify what? EB info or PP info? Do they want to know what your EB account is or are they asking you if your account is yours? Which also makes no sense. Post what they asked you exactly not "or something".

no not true ebay and paypal are each a business and both got different rules,

to be a verified paypal user you add a bank account then paypal send a special amount to your bank account you then tell paypal that amount this will verify your paypal account.

There is an section under the resolution center you know like provide invoices, provide supplier info, confirm identity, resolve ebay id

thats the new one ive never seen it says resolve ebay id, it gives the ebay ids and want me to confirm if its mine, somebody elses, or other

It asks you for that on paypal itself? That's weird.

There must be more to this story, Are you allowed at the moment to withdraw any funds or has paypal put your account on suspension.

The only time paypal usually want more information on anything because of usually fraud
people that don't have registered business or if it a personal account have not given there current national insurance information, or there home has come up as a credit risk.

If you have been trading and not paid correct tax, that also can suspend a account or ask questions.

Firstly are you a business or personal account user?
Have you got a registered business, and are you a verified user via that business thu PayPal?.
If your a personal user are you verified?

Have you ever received a email stating your account is limited or being suspended?


the only time paypal or ebay want to no a ebay id or paypal id is a resolution case?

yeah you need to post it here what paypal said to you.

without knowing what paypal want i cant give any advice. it sounds like your hitting the eu limit and need to send docs in possibly? could be numerous things tho tbh!
