So apparently I've been receiving increasing number of payments to my Paypal account these few weeks so Paypal decided to put my account under review and wants a ton of information before they can reinstate it.

That is the entire list of what they want. They want tracking numbers for a few payments which I can provide. I have no idea how to send them vendor/supplier info + invoices.

Basically I sell clothing online and I do dropshipping and get my products from China. 100% legal stuff. I don't own the products I sell and don't make them. This won't be a problem will it? I just need some advice on this as I don't want to screw this review up and get my account banned.

    Any idea?

Following this thread, anyone had any experience with Paypal and drop shipping model?
Please shed some lights with us. So far I have not come across this issue with PayPal.

there is a redundant list of requirements. I suggest you give them a call. However, if they ask for your ID that's fine. It is a very trusted company.

Sorry OP, I don't have anything to say that might help you right now.

To other dropshippers who are following this thread and to OP in the future:
It's always wise to buy from sellers on AliExpress that provide ePacket shipping or a form of shipping that has a tracking number. Firstly - for situations like this with PayPal and 2nd - for your own protection.

I'm speaking out of my own experience because recently a customer tried to claim they never received their order and wanted to claim their money through PayPal.

I didn't send the buyer his tracking number. So, just 3 days before receiving his item he had emailed me through a different email address asking when he was going to receive the item, I checked the tracking number and told him the estimated time of delivery, 3 days later I saw the status as delivered and I asked if he received it, he said he did.

I don't like to give the tracking number unless they ask for it just so they don't see the originating country as "China" - then they start asking too many questions. And this guy thought I didn't have a tracking number.

Either way, don't be cheap and always ship with a tracking number.

I'm not worried about providing paypal with the tracking numbers. all packages shipped via UPS/DHL. No problem with that. Its just the other stuff!

That list is a little over the top on their part, try calling them directly and seeing if you can get some of the rendundant items removed jeez.

They are pretty good on the phone just be respectful when dealing with them :)

Why were you even using Paypal? Haven't you read their shady business tactics? I'm sorry to say OP but you got nothing to blame but yourself for using Paypal.

There are so many other Payment processor and people are trying to shift from Paypal. Hell, I know many popular sites which refuse to use Paypal. They are very anti-vendor friendly.

Better to stick away from Paypal as they don't deserve your hard earned money.

    I don't know
    I don't get it.

You don't run anything illegal, right? I assume you don't use a stealthy account as well.

Then why don't you just give them a call instead of asking random people on the forum? Maybe I am missing something here?

Well, got my account restored today. Decided to follow my gut and just submit LEGAL documents and explain to them TRUTHFULLY. It worked and they released my account - with a catch. A big catch.

They sent me in an email :

    Well...

So basically my account will always be at -$5000 USD, and all payments coming in now, 15% of it will be held for 45 days.

    Damn.
