Is it still possible to make vccs from US verified paypal account-- If so PM me the details on this-- because I have been looking all over my account and used the search button repeatedly. Thanks in advance.

Check for the pp plugin, the plugin will generate the VCCs, or what they are calling VDCs.

Can PP VCCs be used for any name/address? Or do they have to match what you have on your account?

I'm not so sure but I heard that Paypal VCCs are supposed to be anonymous.
