Can you see any transactions in the past 180 days that modify your balance?

Errm. I recently realised that paypal is bullshit, but I don't think they are that bad. Did you check the transactions? Probably, the money you are talking about has been refunded. Check n let us know.

What were you permanently limited for? Have you looked through your most recent transaction history?

I am 100% sure that PayPal doesn't "steal" money, you probably already transferred the money or were hacked, could be anything. Check the recent transactions.

LMAO, you are looking for the extra attention that you came up with this bullcrap?

Paypal will do everything, but wouldn't touch your money. Its against every law and rule, that's like breaking their own ToS which Paypal is pretty strict (to a point where we call it GayPal)

What if you told us more? Reason why you were suspended?
Perhaps we talk about fraudulent transaction(s), buyer(s) filled a complain with their banks, and they asked PayPal to take the money...
In such a case they have full right to take it, and give back to the buyers...

Or was the situation different? Unless you tell more, we cannot really help.

It could be that the funds were suspended or held due to a buyer protesting a transaction. Otherwise you will need to call them out on it.

If you do not want problems with PayPal.. Always insist being paid via "Family & Friends" Option.. No chargeback allowed.. If your clients refuse.. move on and get new clients

paypal sucks but they won't take your money that way. They just use the money in 180 days, they don't need to steal it.

11.7 Acceptable Use Policy Violations. If you violate the Acceptable Use Policy then in addition to the above actions you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal’s damages for each violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. You agree that $2,500.00 USD (or equivalent) per transaction in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal’s actual damages considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated because due to the nature of the violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to calculate. PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing balance in the offending Account, or any other Account you control.

Sometimes I feel like I want to create my own merchant, something like bitcoin, but 100 times lots more easier and user friendly.
So that we are not gonna deal with such bullshit PayPal does. And of course, something like btc(fastest registration, no complex docs), auto tax deduction and fees.
Cause the problem with BTC, country can't gain tax, and that's the problem. How the country gonna get money for army wage, infrastructure maintenance, gov servant etc..

You don't think that the balance was refunded to someone do you? A refund request is always allowed if the seller doesn't respond or put up a fight (even then it's very hard to stop the refund).

why you got limited? it can be for the credit card or bank account that you attached to your paypal.
