Well I never sent $18 to anyone recently (never sent amount between $18-$19 lately).

Today in my HSBC bank online I see that paypal took $18 twice, 18.xx , and another order is $18.xx (difrferent amounts).

I 2 days ago took $200 out, and I still did not receive it, and I doubt $18 are fees?

My account is Personal, completely verified.

Let me notify you about some of the possible things!

    *Subscription Payments
    *Automatic Ebay Payments
    *A Dispute/Chargeback being failed.

And I didnt get this part "I 2 days ago took $200 out, and I still did not receive it. $200 Out? You mean, you took $200 out of the bank and that isnt credited in your Paypal yet?

it takes between 2-3 days for a withdrawal from your pp account to hit your bank account .... depending on what day of the week it was when you actually initiated the withdrawal :p

I am not intersted about withdraw, I am intersted about them charging me $18.xx same day, same time. Trying to look over history in PP, subscriptions etc, completely nothing even close to $18 (except $15/month from back links site).

    possible scenario:

You paid for something (using either paypal debit card
or through paypal) and there wasn't enough in your
paypal to cover so they debited your bank account.

Best thing to do is call them and ask them exactly what's going on.

Paypal never takes any amt direct from your bank acount so better check out with paypal support soon regarding that.Since only the person logged into paypal can do so .So be quick change ya password to be safe.

They are like that sometimes and things are crazy around Xmas. If it's a mistake and you notice it you get yup, give us a day to fix it. If you don't notice it means you're too rich anyway hehe.

They recently asked me again for the amount they used to verify my cc... 4 years ago.

sure they do. If you don't have funds to cover something they will attempt to withdraw the money from your bank account.

Alternatively if you pay with an echeck or debit they will then take it out of your bank account.

Prob. debited from your card as you didn't have enough funds in your PP.
