I have money inside my paypal and it is limited because some dumb buyer reported me. He didn't dispute or left a negative feedback yet he reports me.

I can't send. I can't receive. I can only withdraw to bank but my bank is a VBA. It is not real, how can I withdraw the money that is stuck in my paypal?

He opened a case? You refund your buyer and get the case removed. Once the case is closed you should be able to withdraw up to $500

If you're using fake info on the account and you can't get the case closed you're pretty stuck

PayPal stole your money because they're a bunch of bloodsucking ripoff artists.

You should be able to still add a bank account to the account and withdraw this way.

thats where the darknet comes in handy for fake id's, utility bills etc:p

Depending on how much you've got in there, I think now is a good time to make use of secondeye services

Probably you can still buy goods and services, so do this if you cannot do anything else.

I used to sell stuff on ebay (13,000 feedback) and this is just part of the game when using Paypal. Why did the buyer report you? Did you sell something to him/her online and they didn't receive it or were they not happy with the item/service?

I usually send a friendly message like 'Hi, I see you opened a Paypal dispute, is there a problem with the item/service? I would love to help to resolve this issue ASAP, please call/email me at xxx/xxx'

It has been a while since I sold stuff on eBay but from memory the buyer can close the dispute at any time once they are happy, do anything to make them happy!

I send you pm with some questions. Please check

Just because the bank you can withdraw too now isn't real doesn't mean you can't add a real bank and withdraw to it instead...
