I'm worried to get a limitation, I really want things to run smooth. Even if I need 5 PayPal accounts that are all stealth on 5 different eBay accounts I will do it. how many 400 dollar Ebay sales can I make on each brand new PayPal. Before I come up on the radar. please help I know there has to be a plausibly correct algorithm on how they target accounts for limitation. Thanks. i would imagine it's more about the numbers than the tracking numbers and stuff.
I believe you need a non-USA paypal account so the purchases wont be limited and the account will be easily verified as well
