Hey made a new account, but that require utility bill and photo id but i used a different name and address what can i do.

thanks in advance.

It's not really a "stealth" account until you have the necessaries to back it up.
 
Get a ID/bill etc package FIRST, then create your stealth PP. Your docs (real or faux) can then match what you put on the account, and allow you to readily restore it if challenged or limited.
