Why is paypal asking you to send proof? Is it a dispute?

Tell them it was digital service. Send mail to client and show screenshots to PayPal.

If it was a digital good you should have had the client select "No address needed". There's not much you can do with a digital good's dispute (though I know you mentioned it's not a dispute) if they paid for it as if they were expecting to receive a physical product.

So I just can mail to my client and ask if everything ok and if he got the service? And he replied that everything is ok and I just make the screenshot of the conversation?

What you do is get their address and go to the po and get a proof of delivery. Submit it and it goes away

I would keep a copy of any/all communication just in case you need it, but more importantly, CALL them. This is the KEY to building & maintaining a good relationship with them, and it will help you avoid issues in the future. If you demonstrate you are a legitimate seller and want to make sure you are doing what you need to, they will help, and it helps to keep you under the "security protocol" radar as well.

Be sure that this digital item doesn't break their ToS or some any other website's ToS.
I had some problems with Brand Risk Management of PayPal, and they really can block your account just like that.
And your money is frozen for 180 days also... :(
