Received this mail from PP. Good for buyers and very good for chargeback scammers. (Changes are effective from 18th November)

So the user have 6 months to "assess" if the received product was replica/phake or "original genuine". So some buyers may want from the sellers genuine invoices (like PP and eB, lol) to not claim dispute/chargeback till the 180th day, to be sure that their product was genuine.

As much as the sellers are freaking out over this, I'd guess that the added cost to he seller is minimal, since the scammers are already scamming you withing 45 days now anyways.

eBay is basically telling you that they don't want small (not big enough to have an anchor store and your own eBay customer service rep) sellers selling branded goods anymore.
