Get a stealth account. Permanent limitations are usually what they mean.

Since your account is permanently suspended then the best solution is to learn how to operate a stealth PayPal
Account. With a little knowledge you can be back on PayPal in no time. My clients operate stealth account and can accept payments,
    make purchases and send money.

    Cheers,

I got that exact email a couple of months ago. I couldn't send them the information they wanted, so they permanently limited my account.

Ring them up, I did that and managed to get my account back to normal.

it also happen to me and, sadly, there is no solution for me, I have called Paypal but they won't re-activate my account.

Wait till 180 days, you'll be able to withdraw your balance to your linked bank account.

    Dude,
Same thing happened with my friend. As one of the above member mentioned, talk to them. Convince them and get your a/c back.

    1. If your account information is legit, call them and try to provide as much information needed to convince them.
    2. If not legit, wait 180 days to withdraw - assuming you have linked a bank account to your PayPal account.
    3. In case you can't deactivate account, register new account with a different name and use VCC to raise limits. Some banks allow you to create additional checking account online for free. My US bank allowed it and I just created a new account to link it. Make sure you don't login to your new account from the old/same IP address as the old account.

Calling them often times does not do anything. PayPal and eBay could care less if your suspended.
They will make money on the interest on the money in your account and release it in 180 days. But you do not have to
do without the PayPal and eBay monopoly just because they suspended you. Operating a stealth account is the only solution
in the long term for this.

    @TheMoneyWizard

Buddy your one in a million lucky and one of few cases I have heard this result in getting your account back :)

So that being said it does not hurt to call up PayPal. Your suspended anyway so why not?

    Cheers,
    Unclemike

Ummm.. I have a negative thought. No matter you call them or not. If they have banned you for a legit reason then you have no chance to get it back.

That is the result most of the time even if it was not a legitimate suspension in your eyes.
But the phone call wont hurt at this point :)

I never do anything that violates paypal policy after several phone calls I found out that they just permanent limit my account as they replied that they have the rights to do so. The funniest part is that I only use my paypal account to buy digital goods and a small amount of physical goods and never sell anything before on my paypal account. They told me that they permanent limited my paypal account as I have high transaction rate? WHAT!!? so paypal is discouraging me to buy things???

I have read reviews about paypal that there are many people got permanent limited for no reason at all.

I have nothing more to add on about paypal. And from what I have read is that emails that you send to them are outsourced to New Delphi, India a outsourcing company to reply to. Their job is just to cut and paste to reply to our emails, it totally won't help at all. I have send several emails with evidence and proof and yet the one who is opening up the email is someone from India and don't even read my email and just cut and paste to reply to me.

I have called paypal customer service, but it is futile, their customer service workers, they have no power to unlimit my account and are trained to repeat the same lines again and again. "Due to your high transaction rate, our last decision is to permanently limit your paypal account and the decision is final." I am very confident to say that paypal can just hire any college student as their customer service workers ! And the most disappointing part is that the female who spoke to me warned me do not create another paypal account as their system can detect and ban me again. What? I want to solve the permanent limit issue only? and not creating another new account..

I totally understood that paypal need to hire cheap workers in order to make profit for themselves, however can the cheap workers be more professional? instead of being rude to me and keep repeating the same lines.

There are 6000 workers on paypal, only 3000+ of them have the authority to speak to. I'm here to say that if you want to unlimit your paypal account the only way is to email to the higher authority people on paypal, like their managers (there are 1000+ managers worldwide), emails and calling to their customer services is totally useless, won't help at all.

Email -> New Dephi, India -> Don't even read your email at all, just cut and paste the email and reply to you.
Customer service -> trained to say the same sentences again and again, don't have flexible brain at all.

    This is how paypal works

Suspicious activity detected by their system -> you will get limited -> then a staff from paypal will manually review your account to either unlimit it, or stay limited, or permanently limit the paypal account.

Before I forget, the number one reason why so many paypal customers have been ripped off by Paypal is because they fail to sue under RICO statues. Any suit against Paypal under RICO will send a wake up call to Paypal, but the suit needs to be initiated in federal courts, not state courts.

Tips for all the sellers here: Make more payment ways for the buyers, you will surely make more sales.

I used paypal legally for 3 years with clear conscience, never expected I have trust to hand over my money to such a unscrupulous and cunning company. Seriously, if I worked in paypal I will be living with lifetime guilty.

Any comments? I feel that I'm a victim I never do anything wrong and got banned after 3 years. If I really do anything that violates paypal TOS or any blackhat stuffs and got banned, I won't be wasting my time to write out here. But I only use paypal to buy things that's all and my paypal has all legit information.

Alright here is what I have done now. I'm going to make this matter bigger and bigger. Since I never do anything wrong on my paypal account.

Make several calls to paypal customer service got rejected and being treated RUDELY and warned me not to create another paypal account.

Send a lot of emails but they replied me with cut and paste messages outsourced by New Dephi, India.

    Currently in progress

Send emails to paypal executives and CEO -> haven receive any emails back yet
I will keep demanding for the manager and ask the exact reason of why my account is being permanently limited until my paypal account is being unlimited. I will keep calling you like how I build my backlink :)

Since I did nothing wrong there is no reason for me to get banned, so I will pursue this matter all the way, I will pursue for months, years, decade until my account is being unlimited.
