I have received a payment on April 20th, and because I live in Albania, that means that all payments go to Pending Balance for 1 month.

However, instead of being unfrozen on May 20th as all the other payments, it's still on my Pending Balance.

Can anyone explain to me what is going on? As Paypal isn't even replying to my emails.

I could be a case of the senders not having enough in the bank to clear the purchase, or the credit card refused the transaction.

1 month to get funds?? That's crazy! How do they expect you to do business like that?

Have you tried calling them? I had called them couple times and even received a call from them regarding some payments. All worked out well for me. You should try it.

I suggest you give them a call or send them an email, they respond fast.

Sometimes if clients send funds from a different paypal language it
takes a few hours for the system to sort itself out but your case is peculiar.

They haven't replied to my email, and I have no way of calling them (International calls are quite expensive here).

Thank you for the link Mr.Julyan, I'm going to post this thread there.

Dude you can try SKYPE calling credits, just buy the credits, they are very cheap around $10, I think Paypal have a toll free number. I always use whenever i want to call internationally:ranger:

Why would you come to BHW to ask that question. It's a PayPal issue.... CALL PAYPAL. (smh)

It's too expensive to spend a few minutes to get your hundreds of dollars...? ... and yes, skype is a Good option to call them cheaply.

BHW is an Internet Marketing community, and Paypal is the #1 online payment processor, so I don't see what's the big issue posting a thread here.

I would have to purchase a new number just to call Paypal, as my personal number is configured with national calls only, and I don't want to go through all that hassle when I can just solve this problem online.

Thank you for (re)posting what has already been suggested above.
