Anybody have this issue right now?
I receive many payments.

But my email got nothing.

Sometimes email notification is delayed and yet your money already credited in your PP

You might want to check if your IPN (Instant payment notifications) is enabled or not. You can find it in My Account > Profile > My Selling Preferences > Instant payment notifications.

It happen with me before, but payment was received didn't get email only. May be some sort of email server issue.
