Paypal allows rogue countries to receive payments yet some civilized countries can't? Bullshit. Now South Africa just comes along and they can withdraw their money. I mean countries like Jamaica are allowed to withdraw. No wonder they keep getting scammed and stuff. I'm not calling South Africa a rogue country now, just saying the truth. I just reported and complained to PayPal about this foolishness. Google practices the same rubbish by allowing rogue third world countries the privileges of Western Union when the rest of us have to wait a whole damn month to clear one check. These companies have it backwards and should fire whomever is responsible for this atrocious mixup.

Don't come crawling to me for help when the Nigerians start running to South African en masse.
I expect Iran and North Korea to be accepted too, soon? Whoever is running PayPal needs to get knocked on the head.
Half of Europe and Eurasia are not allowed to receive money from PayPal.
PP should be boycotted for its incompetence and lack of insight.

Don't worry Nigerians are here a long time already. It won't be so easy for them to scam, with First National Bank FNB, they are on the ball, and know about this scams.

I read this rant of yours and your narrow mindedness is astonishing.Did you ever think for one second that some of the European countries are infested with scammers and rogues? You ever think that the financial powers that be, have alot more combined research and power than you will ever have? South Africa is one of the fastest developing countries in the world and will soon outstrip many European countries, just because it is 3 world does not make it sub-standard or full of scammers. You ever think for one second that rotten apple could be on your doorstep and not across the sea in africa? The worlds leading countries in cyber crime are based in Europe and Asia! Get your facts straight before making insinuations.

Oh and on a sidenote South Africa has some of the most stringent financial security checks in the world!

Four more little TIT BITs, for you all...

    1. South Africa Has the Fouth most stringent Tax Laws in the world.(Yeh ok, mindless knowledge)

    2. I have tested this a bit, and you only need a FNB account to WITHDRAW your money, but even if you DONT have a FNB account, you can still NOW recieve money into your paypall and SPEND it directly on the WEB, without EVER having to pay the insane bank fees.

    3. Just create a
    Code:
    epassporte.com
account and request a card(I think they opperate from the camen islands or something), then just use
    Code:
    xoom.com
    paypassbridge.com
to transfer the funds to your
    Code:
    epassporte.com
    account

    4. get a FNB savings account here

    Code:
    https://www.fnb.co.za/online-banking/pay-pal.html#
    Cheers
