As said by PayPal, it has launched their new Affiliate program. Earn 5% of the Money From your Referrer Spends/Receives to his PayPal account.

For every transaction that your referrer does, they are going to pay you 5% of the commissions to your account.

This is really the best way to earn money.

I think this is a joke, in fact I know it is as I have received nothing from paypal and they always email out any changes to terms, but paypal did do this years ago up to a max of like $1k/year per account and only on business accounts, and was just a percentage of FEES as i recall

Keep in mind they're not paying you 5% of the total transaction(s), they're paying you 5% of what they charge as commission. So, if someone makes $100 transaction and PayPal charges a $3 fee, then you'll receive 5% of the $3 fee which is $0.15. They're not going to pay you more then they're charging. If that's the case, then stealth PayPal accounts are going to become big business.

Even if this were true I would be extremely cautious.

Payday rolls around? BANNED. Why, because they can and that's the paypal we all know.

My advice is don't rely on PayPal for anything, their the most corrupt online business.

I don't know anyone who wasn't ripped off by them limiting accounts and keeping the funds, and I'm talking about family members, friends, people who are not doing anything illegal.
