PayPal Minus - Took Double Amount - Still Asking For Money!

The short story is, this happened!

This has been going on for 4 days and I just want to refund damn $12 and move on, but I can't!

PayPal just sent me a new email trying to resolve this until July 9th or I will basically lose my account.

Thing is, I'm not able to add damn funds, on the first day when I got this BS, I tried several times adding and PayPal took 2 times as much, while at the same time telling me how I can't do it [never got mail or any notification telling me they took 2x, but you can see they did] they still ask me to finish this job, how when I'm not able to add damn funds?

This is my first time dealing with this crap, what should I do...?

You can ask someone to send balance to your account more than your negative balance after that it will be cleared

Trying that right now...

buy paypal from peer to peer if more funds is needed and write PayPal about the issue

I wrote PP but I didn't get any answer.

Try to call them and explain this.

Thank you all, well... That is my last option if I have no luck with someone sending funds to my account.

This is such nonsense, for $12 going through all this is a pain in the ass.

This should be simpler...
 
So, after the money transfer PP is not in minus anymore, but, they now took 3x the amount? :D

And still, the case is not resolved...

Paypal dicks I had a similar bad experience to you only way to fix it is to balance the amount if not they can shutdown the account.

I did it, 4 times, and still... Not sure if they will fix it until the 9th...

Now it says Payment Status - Cancelled - We have no postal address on file...

Not sure what to recommend except phoning support they can sometimes be good but email or live chat normally kind of bad but hope gets fixed for you either way.
