is it true if a buyer pays u wth
paypal mass payment
its non refundable ?

this is what 1 of my sign ups
is telling me. true or false

It used to be true, I think they changed the requirements for mass payment like 6 months ago though.

If they send it as personal I believe money owed then its non refundable. But be warned, if they pay with a CC/Debit card then they just call their bank and get it returned that way.

Yes that's true. If someone pays by mass-payment feature it is non refundable.
