    Heya there!

So, I've put one of my websites for sale and I've found a buyer.

The BIN was set at $2500 and he did it.

He wants to pay via Paypal Mass Pay. Is it safe against chargebacks?
That's my main issue regarding the transaction, the chargeback. I don't want to end with a big negative $2500 on my Paypal account.

Is it safe, or should I only go with Western Union or escrow.com?

You should read through the pay pal mass pay section. Personally, I would much rather receive a payment through paypal than western union. Are you installing the site on the buyers server? Given you BIN price I would be confident and state that you'll perform your half of the transaction on receipt of payment :)

    The good part:
Mass payment does NOT involve the high transaction fees, so you spare some good bucks.

Regarding paypal-chargebacks you are ALWAYS at risk through paypal, also he can do a CC chargeback.
This is money I'd receive by BANK transfer, WU or by liberty reserve. Not by paypal.

Yea rskxx, I'll only transfer the website/domain when the money is on my side and safe.

Well, but in order to send a mass payment, according to Paypal's website, you need to have the money on your account already. You can't use CC to make the transaction.

So, that would protect me from it, right?

I would use escrow the transaction (2500) would cost you 81.25, but both of you will be safe! I always use escrow for transactions over 1000 dollars!

There is no protection for the Buyer during the Mass Payment and also it cannot be reversed and it saves good amount of money on BIG transactions.
