I think you need to wait for 180 days, but check BHW marketplace and see if you can find any service to get it before 180 days time limit.

Check in the PayPal account's Resolution Center (after logging in) if they are asking you to submit any docs. I understand it is 180 days hold, but even in such cases sometimes they ask for some docs & when those are submitted, then the hold is released. If not, then wait the 180 days, but during that period, do login to that PayPal account atleast once in 5 days.
