My PayPal got limited with $14,000 in it I had requested a bank transfer and one was for $7000 the other was for $5000 and PayPal had called me to confirm the withdraws, so I told them that I did and the guy seem suspicious of it since the PayPal I had sent the money to was brand new because my other one was fake. So I had requested withdraw and it was pending for a couple of days, seem normal right? Well all of a sudden I see that bank withdraw is reversed and PayPal is limited, they want proof of product and all of this bullshit, what do i do?

    Heres what it says

Ouch... that must've hurt! Better to be punched in the liver by Rampage Jackson than to do through this ordeal.

On the serious side, if you broke their ToS and the details on that account are fake you basically donated the money to PayPal. Else, normally, you'll get access to the funds in 90 days. Best thing is to wait it out.

That much money on a brand new account? Obviously it will be suspicious to them. Only thing I can tell ya is to come up with some BS.

In that case, contact your bank and ask them why did they reverse the transaction. PayPal has nothing to do with the bank reversal.

Also, give a buzz to PayPal and submit all sorts of document which they want and tell them, you were selling Virtual goods so you don't have any Delivery receipts. Also, if they want see your virtual product details then just show them everything. That's the best and quickest way to get things sorted.

Since you are not a Jr.VIP member, I ain't sure if you will be able to see this thread:

    But try contacting secondeye

He is a BHW member and he is soon starting with a new service which can help you get your PayPal restricted removed.

The only thing you could do if give them the info they want or you will have to wit for 180 days and you will have to create a new account. BT even if you do give them the info they still might not unfreeze your account and they might terminate it for good without appeal,

There are a few guys on the BST dealing with Paypal solutions and recoveries.

I highly recommend you hit them up if you have NO other option left. $14K is a lot of money, and you shouldn't hesitate spending a good $200-300 trying to get it back.

    Hope it all goes well.

someone replied that you should tell them you sold digital goods and there is no tracking. I strongly suggest you do not do this because you will never get your account back. If you need help send me a PM. 'll try to help you as much as possible but nothing is guaranteed. There is a very good chance your account is gone and you will have to wait 180 days.

So, why dont you refund the $14,000 which you got from the person and get another account, and ask to send to that account. This is a good solution in case, if you are looking to move funds.

Well, it is simple, if you dont have business account, and you just joined and got $14,000, it is quite simple, paypal suspect because rare cases, people who join just and get huge amounts. Paypal verify them.

If it says (Bank Account - Pending) then paypal can reverse it as they haven't authorised it yet.

If it says (Bank Account - Completed) then paypal can't reverse this once its approved, only your bank can do this and majority of the time this happens when you've either not entered the correct account name, but again all depends.

Pay pal follow a check-list when it comes to receiving large payments, sending, withdrawing along with other account history and if you don't meet that check list they will request more information from you like they've done in this case.

Do you have the tracking of all of your sales? if you do, why don't you just submit it? If it's legit income, then you can show it can't you?

Unless you're a drug dealer and you took Paypal as a form of payment :p

you just need to submit the proper documents they are asking for in the dispute area of paypal, with your correct info, and then wait for a phone call from an Arizona area code.

The documents go straight to the risk assessment team where they will decide to either A. No longer do business with you and hold your funds for 60 to 180 days. Or B. put a rolling reserve on your account with access to limited amount of the funds.

You need to have a really legit and SIMPLE explanation of what you were selling. Dont say too much, let them talk, give short answers. They are not high tech people that call, just risk assessment officers.

Wait, so was the other account the one with fake info or was this one? If this one has legit info, I would sue them.
People never really think to do that, but its really not that hard. If you do, their lawyers will be like "oh crap, this guy must be legit otherwise he wouldn't do this" and they will release the funds pretty quickly.

I've never done that for PP, but I did for Party Poker once. They froze my account because they questioned the source of the funds. Within 24 hours of them receiving the lawsuit, they mailed me a cheque for the full account balance and apologized.

PayPal is a horrible company. I would suggest hiring someone to provide everything you
need to unlock the account. 14,000 is enough to justify hiring someone.

    Good Luck

I think a lot of this depends on what you were using the account for.. play the game.
