Soooo... As my first paypal acc got perma banned for no reason (should be normal thing to happen). I decided to make ummm half-stealth account. Ima kinda new to this. New account is with my friends name and VCC with friends details. Also made a forwarded mobile nr. Im using mobile phone for paypal (other ip) and new e-mail all those stuff. But as one guy decided to reverse payment I got my account limited. And now I have to forward information. Atm I think probably sending real pass picture (Friends pass), half-faked address proof (address same, name changed), but I really dont know about bank statement. As I have VCC can I just sent statement of that or can paypal find that suspicious. Also, what information about dat can they check? Can I just fake a bank statement or should I keep with the VCC legit statement?

Regarding your credit card statement , when they asked me the same too (i also do stealth) i told them my bank account does not issue such statements so i submitted a screenshot that i took from my real credit card and i altered the details of card number and name and they accepted it and lifted all limitations from my stealth account. My advise to you is to go complete stealth.

when you have already been working with stealth then why are you worrying about the faking the credit card statement.

Really you have two options. One is going completely stealth and the other is being all legit.
Now, Involving your friend only messed up his details if he wants a legit account. You can create
your own stealth account and not use any personal information.

The reason why im half stealth is that when I deal with fraud people and when I need to go to police. Then I don't want to have an account with name that doesnt exist. Im actually not sure, how these things work. I live in Europe, so if I have an fake named account, do I legally still own the things going on on the account? Well atm, I just want to get the account working. What should I include in fake bank statement? Im going with european one, so they prolly don't understand much what is one it. Also, they are asking me that on which webpage I am working on. As I'm doing something that paypal doesn't like, I would like to know what I should tell them. Can I just add some random forums (my country ones)?

Do you really run into that many people committing fraud? One thing I can tell you for certain is that
you could not go to the police if it is a stealth account since its not in your name.

    Hello,

    1. You should go completely stealth versus only "half-stealth" for maximum security. However, it all depends what you are selling. i.e. Fakes, Replicas, High Risk Items, etc. If you go half-stealth, and they report you for selling fakes, etc then you could run into a lot of trouble, or your friend could since you are using their information.

    2. You might look into paying for a service to get your account unrestricted. You can PhotoShop an invoice, or ID or whatever. Secondeye is a great person to go to for this kind of stuff.

    3. Paypal verifies any SSN, Passport, or any other forms of ID. However, if they don't accept it just say you are out of the country, travel a lot, etc. Just make sure it is plausible.

    4. In my own experience, PayPal just looks over invoices and bills. I was limited before, and I PS'd some of my old utility bills, and I got accepted in a day. However, no one can predict PayPal.

I decided to make my own bank statements. But I did run into sum problems. First of all, the first one didnt have enough information on it (it was a legit bank statement with edited details) and now I discovered that I had a bit too short account number also on it and Im also thinking of whether they will verify IBAN code. So I should find myself a legit bank account? Also, if they didnt accept the first document because of not enough information, can they still compare them? Should I go with the too short bank number, add enough number or find a legit one, just not my own (might be previously black-listed)? Also nope, im not selling things online. Im offering a service, where people can sell me their paypal funds or buy funds from me, which paypal doesnt like. And I do Run into fraudy people, but I also get their real bank account, so I could just go into police.

Okay. Things just got worse. I discovered that excel, where I store my information, decided to change the last number of the VCC and it's not fixable. So from now on, I use word, but the really the problem is, that I sent a bank statement to paypal with 1 wrong number. I specially ask them to check that, I have the number listed and they said something about not valid and I should get a better statement from the bank. So Im still wondering have deeply they check the documents, or they gonna compare them and then find out that the numbers are oddly similiar. Kinda bad idea, yes to use my friends name and stuff.... Sooo, what next...

Oh dear. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm extremely paranoid when I edit my own docs. If they asked for another statement, a better one, they might have just discarded the other one or just put it to the side. HOWEVER, if you are editing your docs, make sure it is extremely well done. There is a program which converts .jpg to PDF so they can't check. (I'd recommend faxing it in, so they can't check for photo manipulation.) If you don't want to do it, or you're scared of messing up, for $30 I think secondeye can do it. I don't know if he does bank statements, but it can't hurt if you ask. Hope this helps! Good luck!
