Hi All,

Can anyone help me to get proof of ID. Paypal have limited my account and would like to get proof of Photo ID.

My paypal account is under someone else name and address and from seattle, Washington.

What can I do?....Help needed...

The account is of unknown person ? How much balance is there ? Let me know i may be able to help you.

Shabbi,

I'm not going to tell you that paypal aren't a real financial institution, nor am I going to tell you that they don't have any access to government documents to determine your passport etc matches up.

So to conclude I'm going to tell you to not do a search for a fake ID site on the net that does driver licenses or passports. If you do find one do not buy it and do not send it to paypal's fax number from an untraceable source.

So glad I didn't tell you that

post on WTH section a photoshoper he will do it for 5 bucks if you have an ID
