Hey everyone, so yea paypal this morning limited my account permanently. Its really BS because i had a cheap sunglasses site that i had brands inspired by on there and maybe sold 1 pair total because i never did anything with the site. Its been connected to my paypal for like 9 months and now they do something about it. I had a disclaimer and everything. What really blows is i had some money in there too. Well if anyone knows anything i could do to help that would be greatly appreciated. As for my other sites i guess ill sign up for 2 checkout cause they can still process paypal payments i believe.

Is Paypal asking you for any verification documents? If I were you, I would directly call them and explain them the situation.

Yeah, the call will do. It always does... Just give it a try and explain politely :).

if its asking for some document verification then you can buy fake documents and submit otherwise
I would suggest you should move on if you don't have much balance on that account

If you're limited permanently, PayPal is obliged to release the funds after 6 months anyway.
As for 2checkout - try them out. Be warned though - if you get even just a few chargebacks for whatever reason, they might close your account. Happened to me.

Sorry to hear you are one of the many who experience difficulties with PayPal. All you can do now is wait 6 months
until you can get your money out of it. For future reference if you think anything is close to breaking their terms then
it's best to not even mess with the picky asses.

Depending on if your products have brand labels on them or not you could check out Stripe....

Well its not the make up on the pig that limited them buddy. If you are into having more than one account
it could be a whole host of factors including the information that was used to verify them. If you had a whole
string of accounts go down then consider testing a couple first before loading them with cash. :)

No, you can also use ccnow to accept PP payments without an account. At least the last time I checked.

Should not make much of a difference but if you want to gain over buyer confidence
then go ahead and put some thawt security banner on it or something. :)
