Paypal Limited My Account ( I have 100$ in it )

    Hello ! I just received an email from paypal that said " We have limited your Paypal Account " ! About 4 mins ago I just made a payment to clickbank . Should this be the reason for limitation ?

    If I try to login to my PP I receive this

    Why is my account access limited?
    May 24, 2012: You're only allowed to have one personal and one business account. In addition, we noticed one or more of the following problems:


    • You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or misleading; or
    • You sent or received payment that was potentially related to fraudulent activity; or
    • You have more than one account with a negative balance; or
    • You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with PayPal.
    Our decision was based on terms outlined in these agreements.

    Because of this, we've limited your accounts and can no longer offer our services to you. You'll still be able to log in to view your transaction history, but you won.t be able to send or receive payment.




    What should I do next ? Please tell me

    Did they not mention your next course of action? Usually they require some documents, and other related info for the proof. Contacting their support should be the best action right now.

    Did you provide them with false data, if so then you can't do much.

    The best thing you can do is contact paypal and ask them the exact problem, if they need any document, provide them with all your legit documents.

    Trust me, posting here won't help you much. You gotta contact Paypal.

    If you think they made a misjudgement call them. These things can be reversed if you talk to them and explain your case. But if you indeed gave them false data, I'm afraid there isn't much you can do, whether you call them or not.

    All my info is Real and not false . I tried to contact them through phone but right now their Phone Service is closed !

    chances you won't get this account back, if they didn't give any hints how to lift the limitation
    you seem to be got caught possessing more than one personal account, at least from what they wrote

    but yea, you can do what others already suggested above, call them

    and next time be smarter, don't let them link your accounts together
    how to do that? it has been discussed here countless times before and/or you should read the Paypal Stealth guide

    Yeah that's your only option is to contact them because as of now you are completely shutdown. Have you verified your account fully?

    That means you will have to get a new account (I suggest using a new IP) and make sure you don't break their rules again.

    Thanks all for responding. I live in Romania ! I have another Verified Account but I don't think that is the problem. I have theese two accounts for more than 5 months . The other account of mine that is not limited is more than 1 year old. Until now I had no problems at all . I am thinking about this clickbank payment to be the issue. I can't find another one

    Did you use same IP for both the PayPal account sometimes that may be a problem too..
