I am running some membership website, and somebody complained to me some days ago, that if I do not remove his clients product from my website, he will complain me to Paypal. I immediately did so and thought everything would be fine.

Now today I saw my Business Paypal Account got limited!

They are asking for documents regarding items that I was selling! I have emailed them regarding more queries about why my account got limited, but they have not replied so far.

What to do in this situation? Should I tell them what exactly was going on! Alternatively, should I pretend something else?

How can I get out of this because that was my main account and all my payments to various services go through that?

Can't you say that you were selling digital products (maybe tips or certain things that can't really be "claimed").
If you were selling digital products which had copyright or anything other legal issues, tell PayPal you were selling them unknowingly that it wasn't allowed, then the owner of the digital products emailed you and you removed the products.

You already get rid of that, so you see no further need to have a limited PayPal account, since you aren't selling anything at the moment which isn't allowed.

I don't know if that's a good solution, but I wouldn't be honest about your sales.. Yes I ripped something online, sold it and yes.. now they're complaining, so please get rid of my limited PayPal if you can. That won't work, I can almost guarantee you that.
