Paypal limited. Can I bring my money back through a chargeback

Hi,,

A quick question..

I just got a mail from paypal. They limited my account without any reason. Firstly they were keeping my money on hold for 21 days. Today they limited my account.. Its a stealth account.. They are asking for documents.. I don't want to use fake documents. But there is $169 balance in my account.

So my question is: can i ask one of my client to fill a chargeback. So that he can get his money back and can send me on my other paypal account.

Or it will stuck my money in between... I mean neither me nor my client will get that money as my account is limited.

Quick answers please..

Yup exactly, a chargeback will get the money back and he may send it to your other account without a problem. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions too

"Hope this helps" lol. How exactly did you help him if he himself suggested the solution?
 
First of all they did not limit your account because of no reason. They must have figured that it was a stealth account and decided to limit it until you provide the legal documents. You can either provide the documents they need and verify the account or leave the account and let this be a lesson to use a verified paypal next time.
 
a charge back would get your client his money back. So I would do that and abandon the whatever is left in your account.
 
I can confirm this works. Sometimes you can issue a refund if your account is limited. In my case, I did and asked for check payment. For the remaining amount if you have bank account linked you can withdraw after 180 days.

I have around 169$ in my account. I can ask 2-3 clients to fill a chargeback... and then ask them to send it to my new account.

I'm from india. Paypal does not allow us to use our paypal balance to send money to other paypal holders. Thats why i purchased one stealth account. I have my own paypal as well.

Because he was asking a yes or no question, if you would actually time to read on what he was asking instead of looking for people to bully you might just understand.
 
Better tell the sender to dispute the money and pay via another PayPal to you

all depends i had a paypal account that was limited asking for documents but i could not refund the money back to the person who bought a product
