Ok so my story goes something like this:
I'm flat broke, I don't even have enough money to buy cell phone minutes. Figured now would be the time to ya know, request my money from MY paypal account with MY money in it, but of course, that's impossible.
The problem is that I never verified my account back when all my finances were good. I'm so f'ed with creditors now that I can't even open up a bank account. PayPal has my old bank account on file, which I've closed before it became overdrawn. They also have my social #. But somehow, that isn't enough to explain that yeah, I'm a real person.
So I figured first step is become verified somehow. I have no credit or debit cards, and I have no bank account. Apparently there's some sort of PayPal credit card you can apply for that will verify it, but of course I didn't qualify. I can't even request a check because you have to have a debit or credit card to confirm your address.
What the !#*& do I do?
