Hello BHW, I've always loved it here. I've learnt a whole lots of things ever since I joined. I've been looking for one more way to make money online and I have plans to use eBay.I basically want to be selling ebooks, I know that is not allowed but I know of a service that can help me convert ebooks to DVD and ship anywhere (for a fee pf course). But my problem is I live in a country where paypal is a nightmare, but I know my way around paypal. I am just curious about eBay. Any advice? I won't mind signing up another paypal account if there is a safer country where I can sell from eBay without problem. In fact, I don't want to mix my current paypal with that eBay.Thanks

Yes, but the bottom line is; Paypal isn't allowed here. I really need help on this. I need to know if it's impossible so that I can just forget about it and move on to something else

They won't if you keep it under the 200 transactions and $20k tax reporting requirement. It's possible that they could ask for it if you're on pace to do those numbers. You could also register an LLC from a website, get a tax ID, and do business as a foreigner, from your country.
