Short story, open an Paypal account last month. Spent hundreds to promote my product. Made $1200.00 in 8 days.

Had one customer say he did not get the product.
Emailed a new link, he later found the org. link in his spam.

Requested a withdrawn of $600.00 on the 10th day. Request turned down.

    Called Paypal.

First women asked for "a" invoice to show I owned the product.
No problem, sent it to her. I asked her why my account was flagged, she said because account was new and cross $1000 so quickly.
"The customer mix up had nothing to do with you being flagged".

Called back diff lady wanted a month worth of invoices,
Ok, got it to get the next day.

    Next day,
Diff guy spoke to me for 30 mins, wanted to go over "my business model".
Said "your solid, I just need to talk to your supplier, can you give me they name and phone number, we should have your account open soon.

    Next day,
Fourth person, refused to talk to me said the account was closed and that was that.
What about the the call i made over the last 3 days. "Sir, i have nothing in the computer that shows you called." I have the name of the I talked to, can I talk to him? "NO".

    Called back an hour later,
Ask to talk to the last guy I talked to. Sorry we can't transfer to him.
"Looking over this case we are going to need a biz license and Fed Tax ID from you."

Four days of chasing my tail, I told her to burn in hell.

So look like the kids are going to get an Xbox for Xmas, thats then I get "my F*@(ing money back from these pigs.

    I guess I still mad!

    That really sucks to hear...BUT...

    where was your tracking number?

Did you not have any sort of evidence of shipment? That's why they have a 'enter tracking information' radio button for each transaction even if you don't print your labels through paypal.

IMO if you don't have detailed tracking information nowadays, then you should NOT be using paypal. On items over a few hundred, I always require signature as well.

We all know paypal is a haven for scammers, so you really have to cover all your bases, or you will get screwed in no time.

You should really look into getting a merchant payment processor, if you haven't already. I know I am.

Hope it all ends up panning out for you.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and got the product locally, the invoices has Qty, Description, Serial# (for each item), Item SKU, Unit Price and Total.

The supplier is list on the State of Florida's SunBiz, it's all real.

    Word of advice?

Get a different payment processor :p

Also if u need to stick with paypal....

open a few canadian pp's (these allow up to $3700 to be sent without verification) and as soon as you get a few payments in them, forward them to a MAIN PP acct :)

Hope that helps... OH and don't use a VPN/VPS to do this they tend to limit accts that use these for some reason :p

Most of these email addresses are not working. Do you have PayPal email address that DOES work? Maybe a phone number that I could contact the supervisor at PayPal to discuss why my appeal was denied.

    Thank you!

The same happened to me with paypal.I had a withdrawal of $4k early june 4th and another $850 june 8th.But I didn't get it to the bank even after 14 days.I waited upto a month and asked them. They said I should wait for 14 days to pass on for both the transactions.I waited and contacted them after 14 days,They said the problem is with my bank.I went several days to the bank and found there was no money sent to my account from paypal and Asked them to trace my funds.

Each time I called them,A different customer care men/women would attend the call and ask me everything as if new and at last say they have no records here. One day I was frustrated and went a bit hard on them and then they replied me with a form to "Withdrawal trace request".I submitted the funds trace request.I did it in the end of July and never received a reply from then until end of october.

They thought I would forget those funds and move on.When I called this october 28th, they said they had already sent a check to my address on september.I said I never received any check.

And they said,WAIT YOU IDIOT FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH PAYPAL.

It is november 10 and never got my check!! I tried contacting them,Now they don't reply to my emails.I am unable to go very hard since without paypal,I will lose a lot of customers.

Once you are established Paypal is a great and for the most part reliable service. But I;ve a question, could you take this case to a lawyer?

    These are sad stories.

I've heard some really shitty things about PayPal and this is right up there. Sorry to hear about your experience with them. I continually warn people about PayPal and the shit they like to pull.
