I would assume most of you guys here with multiple e-commerce sites experienced the same issue. Paypal only allows single IPN url per business account.

I only realized it when a newly set up Woocommerce site reflected a new order as "Pending", despite receiving the transaction approval email from Paypal. The IPN url was directed at another website.

May I know how you guys managed to resolve the problem? Thanks a mil.

I saw a suggestion at https://codeseekah.com/2012/02/11/how-to-setup-multiple-ipn-receivers-in-paypal. But it confuses me more! Lol...

Did you find a good solution? I am in the same boat right now.

I haven't tested it yet but it looks like from my plugin documentation that the ipn settings in pay pal will be overwritten by the ipn settings of your plugin. So that means you don't have to make any changes in pay pal at all.
