Paypal integration method recommendations

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you use different redirection methods for paypal payments. I use e-junkie, and I was wondering if there was a way to lower the payments that paypal takes out of your account for each transaction. Frankly, I believe $1 for a $20 payment is very costly. 100 orders = $100 for paypal =/

verify your paypal account and it will automatically lower down the commission paypal takes.
also there is some option like mass payment or something.don't know exactly what it is but you can take a look at that too.
