Paypal - I didn't receive any email support respond to my question.

    Hi everybody


    I have a problem with Paypal email supporting. Few days ago, I emailed them about my issue regarded to sending and receiving payment. And 3 days later, I got email from them like this:

    PayPal - Email Handling Opinion Needed
    
    
    Dear ....,
    
    
    On 05/06/2012, we sent you an email regarding your PayPal account.  As part of PayPal's commitment to excellence, we want to make sure we met your needs in our response. Would you please take a minute to answer a few questions to let us know how we did?
    
    But in fact i didn't receive any respond from them, I checked spam folder too but nothing.
    Does anyone know how to fix this? I think if I email them about this problem, I won't still get email from them. Please help. Thanks

    What Thomas said above, calling them is your best option.

    Although for me, their telephone support is terrible, it is definitely better than emailing them and waiting for a response, and then emailing them back again because you got a shit / unclear response.

    Well, they are very nice people there.. I'm sure they can explain everything in simple English. English is not my native language as well, but when I spoke with them then they understood and they talked normally so try it out :) Don't be afraid
