    What?
    Hi,

I have my PP business account for over 6 years now. It has minimum activity, few hundreds now and then, nothing blackhat and confirmed with all papers. I never sold anything accept one freelance job and received couple of affiliate commissions. Every time i receive some cash it stays there in pending balance for 30 days.

Sent them countless emails regarding this and asking what it takes to get "successful seller history" title, all i ever got were robot answers like: You will be informed" etc. I already wait 30 days from CPA company to pay me, then another 30 for PP to get my money!? I get paid for almost 3 months back, and well, it sucks.

So my question is does anyone know how to have a successful seller history on Paypal and what are requirements?

    Thx

Have you made alot of refunds or get disputes?

Does only some % of per transaction are pending or the whole amount?
If % only then it's familiar to me :)

It's always best to call PayPal customer support and obviously your problem/questions will be answered right away. I could be wrong on this, but to my knowledge, every account is able to withdraw right away when first signing up. I started with a normal account, withdrew just fine whenever I wanted, then upgraded to a business account, verified all of my information and was still able to withdraw whenever I wanted. I was told by customer support that the only time they withhold money is when you have had an excessive amount of disputes, so they hold the money to make sure you don't go into a negative balance.

Again, I'm just basing this info on how my account has always worked and from what PayPal told me. I could be way off and maybe they liked my payment history and lack of disputes. I'd give them a call though, they should take that off for you if you haven't had disputes.

Had one dispute and it was resolved in under 24h. They hold 100% of amount. Officially it's 30 days but usually it's like 25 days...

I'm also not from US, i was able to start receiving payments just 2 years ago. Still, i'm not selling anything but getting paid by companies which i'm sure they won't ask for refund. That's why i'm pissed, how can't they separate these two?

I'll give them a call, just wanted to see if someone had similar issue.

What country are you from? This is more than likely why you are having this issue. If you call, they should look over your account and see that you have had a long history with a small percentage of disputes and if that's the case with your account, I'm guessing they will lift the 25-30 day minimum for withdrawing. Like I said above, just give them a call and they will answer all your questions.

Its depending alot on what are you selling, are shipping items or are they digital?
