Paypal help

so guys this is my first time that I want to use paypal and I don't know much about the payment methodology. I want to sell an ebook on DP and have seen the most preferred payment option to be PAYPAL. The problem is that I have never used my paypal account before and was wondering how to give them the ebooks once they pay me? Also if an INDIAN could come ahead and help me with it would be great as I am in INDIA as of now.
