    Hi everyone.

I have been scammed by one person. He has blog where I can purchase some services. I made payment and he told to ship everything at time , but time lefts and no news. He is not coming online.

Do you advice me to report a transaction problem in the Resolution Center?

Will paypal ask a lot of questions? And does it have any conception doing it?

    P.S I have lost my 120$

and + another person from freelancer scammed me to with 75$

    I am not fully justifed

A dispute in the resolution center seems like the only way to get your money back, and you will go from there, see what PP asks...

yeah best way is to open a dispute it might take some time because they trying to contact the seller and if he wont reply you get your money back after 10 days. but as much as it sad sometimes the scumbags do reply and the case is decided against you and your not getting your money back which i hope will not happen in this case

Yes do that, and i think they will refund you your money, if you have all evidence.

And try to be more careful in the future ;)
