Hi,

Today i purchased hosting package from WRZ host and paid $8.95 to them using their billing panel. But they didn't create my account. So i contacted their support team and i got this email

Hi!

Please check where this Payment was sent (at PayPal)

It shouldve been sent to [email protected], but we have had attackers on today who have tried messing with our website, and have caused a few temporary problems. If the money hasn?t been sent to 1 of our addresses, please dispute the payment asap!

At the time of paying the paypal id was different [email protected]

How do i dispute this.

Please help

First of all you need to determine which one of those paypal IDs is wrong.

once you do that you can make a dispute with from the transaction menu in paypal.

Call your credit card issuing bank. Explain the situation, including what the merchant told you. Do a charge back.

Call their toll free support # - Always the best way to resolve situations like that. Though they'll probably end up telling you to go online and submit a formal complaint ticket. Whoever you talk to right off the bat, ask for a supervisor and they'll transfer you to someone in the U.S.

[email protected] is there original id and hackers changed it to [email protected]
I paid through paypal balance and i cannot charge back from bank also.

Bcoz there is no option for these kind of disputes in paypal.

I always call paypal whenever I have an itch in my left nut. They happily scratch away. If not, I call my bank. Easy peasy. Next.

WRZhost has a business paypal, they must have added several emails.
Just contact WRZhost staff on msn asking them to give you more specific details.
