Hi all, I had provided some consultancy services to a new client. As far as I am concerned, it went off well. However, it seems like the client wanted it for free and filed a dispute with paypal claiming that he did not receive the service! I sent paypal all the conversations as proofs that the service has been provided. After what seemed like eternity, paypal finally closed the dispute in my favour. However, the client immediately filed a 'item/service not as described' dispute! I had to upload all the proofs again. This is the weird part: today paypal sent me an email saying this dispute was closed in my favor and 3 hours later paypal sent another email saying the dispute had been closed in the buyers (client) favour! WTF!!! I have a few questions regarding this:

    1) What do you think happened with paypal favoring me first and then in 3 hours favoring the client?
    2) I had already withdrawn my paypal balance and don't have any card attached. My balance is showing negative. What will happen if I don't pay?
    3) Will paypal reimburse the client or will they wait for me to put money / get a payment in paypal and then reimburse him?
    4) How to avoid this situation in the future?
    5) Any good paypal alternatives?

    Thanks
