paypal hacked someone stole my money

i had another thread and still no avail for any help..
Someone broke into my paypal, i havent used the account in nearly 6 months but i had a bank account attached to it. someone logged in and transfered 900 dollars from my bank account, to his paypal, he took the $.
my bank has refunded me but i still want to catch this guy. heres what i know so far, what els i can i do to go about trying to find him?

1: paypal gave me the IP logs on my account. Whoever did this was at a wifi hotspot in Florida.
2: The person used a VCC card that you can use with paypal... 'metabank' in specefic.. chances are the bank account he used was made from fake information, and not his.

is there anything i can do to find him? if i report to police will they even investigate for me?

yes, the cops will have all the means to find him, this is fraud and they just need to follow the money, nothing much you can personally do about it though, cheers

Well.. I'm glad your money is back on your account. First thing I'd do is change the password. You can't really do anything at this point, just let it go... you got what you wanted!
