Customers will need to proof as compliance is asking. Kindly note that any legitimate transfer requires at least a proof of purchase.

I provided you with a proof purchase document, the same day you asked for it.
This was not previously stated on our agreement TBH

Kindly note it's Paypal who requested the information. As of any business, the verification process is clear especially with 'Unverified' tag.

Update: Nothing is settled at the moment; stuck until otherwise said.

Separately, please note the customer escalated the issue on refund after I paid his share.

Kindly remain cautious in dealing with such ventures because you paid your share fairly to the partner, yet the refund was called.
 
Update: All the buyers filled refunded case.

If you're in JV, this is the risk involved once you understood this shady matter.

I did small amounts, it's rather not worth the time & effort.

Simple, all ‘Unverified’ buyers which do not reply to me except sending absurd statements to refund.

below is what PayPal requested today again,

“If you've already shipped the merchandise, let us know which shipping company you used, and provide the tracking information.”

Pending response.

Edit: I gave my share with integrity only to see these statements.
