My paypal account got permanently limited, and I attached my debit card on it. However now I just received my new debit card, so if I click on the ''I don't have a paypal account" and pay for the item will I get banned or limited or my new debit card will get banned?

I'm using the same PC, IP, phone number as the permanently limited paypal account, but I heard as long as I got a debit card I can pay for anything even I have been limited before? Is this true? I need help please.

The debit card should have different number expiry date and *** or cvc number so that you can transact as much as you can.
But you cant transact with the same debit card as before.
    cheers

Ok I got the different expiry date, *** and CVC on my new debit card so if I put the SAME information as the permanently limited account like phone number, address, postal code, using the same PC, IP will my new debit card be banned?
