I see this error when trying to make a payment " If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Support. " . When I call, it says no support due to covid. Anyone else ?

Ya I receive payments daily but it is like this for quite long. I send also about 5-10 times a month.

This is BHW and while BHW has support we’re not PayPal support kindly redirect your support queries to PayPal. Also close the app and then try again.

sometimes bank may limit transactions, better contact your bank whether they have anything to do with this

Reach your nearest bank branch and talk about this, the bank has made restrictions to some certain websites
I had faced a similar situation, I contacted the bank manager and resolved in an hour
